Please be advised that all bookings are subject to availability and Chrysalis Medispa recommends booking in advance to secure your preferred time and therapist.

Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that Chrysalis Medispa has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all treatment bookings and 48 hour cancellation policy for all medical treatments including Injectables. You will be charged 50% of your total treatment fee in the event of a cancellation less than 24 hours notice.

Payment Options

Chrysalis Medispa accept all major credit cards, as well as eftpos and cash. Please note we do not accept cheques.


Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This is so you can begin your treatment on time and to ensure the next guest is not kept waiting. Please understand if you arrive late, your treatment will be completed as it was scheduled. As a courtesy to other guests please ensure all mobiles are switched off or switched to silent before entering.


Comfortable clothing is best. Chrysalis Medispa will provide you robes and towels for your spa or facial treatment.

Health Concerns & Pregnancy

To avoid disappointment please advise our staff at the time of booking if you, or the person you are booking for, have any health concerns, as not all treatments may be suitable for you. This also includes if you are pregnant, breast feeding or trying to conceive. Our aim is to be able to offer you the treatment that best suits your needs.

Personal Belongings

Chrysalis Medispa does not accept responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen whilst on the premises. It is recommended that valuables not be brought onto the premises. No photographic devices (including mobile phones) are allowed to be used on the premises without prior written consent of Chrysalis Medispa management.
